St. Patrick's Day

Sam the Leprechaun came and visited our class the night before St. Patrick's Day. He left us a note and some GOLD!

We enjoyed reading the note and getting the gold.

During math, we did math activities all about St. Patrick's Day. Below we are making a graph with Lucky Charms cereal. First we had to sort marshmallow pieces by shape. Then add them to our graph.

Then we had to color in our graphs.

Mrs. Hart had a group too. She had another graph all about St. Patrick's Day. We had to look at the picture to collect our data. Then make a graph to go with the data collected.

On Friday, our funky food activity was all about green. We thank all the families who sent in items for our activities. There are too many and I am afraid I will forget someone...so THANK YOU ALL!

We had green grapes, green cucumbers, green pickles, green apples, green broccoli, green jello, green pudding, green lettuce, green punch, green pears, and green ranch dip. YUM!

Emilee, Kason, Colton, Caitlynn, and Aiden are enjoying all the GREEN!

Abby, Jacob (with his new haircut), Nathaniel, and Andy

Taylor, Macy and Aubree

Mason, Cody, Martin, and Aubree

Reyne and Jose and Logan's shirt

We also had a cool science experiment but the camera battery went dead. Ask your Monkey about the worm experiment.
