Uu is for Unbelievable Upside Down Cake

Xander's family provided the ingredients for the Funky Food
this week.  Thank you, Xander!

To make our Funky Food, we started with melting butter
in the skillet.

Add the brown sugar.

Next, the pineapple.

As we wait for the skillet to bubble, we begin to
make the cake batter.

Add eggs and pineapple juice.

Next we stir for 30 seconds.  We all counted really slow.

Pour the cake batter over the bubbling pineapple.

Set the timer for six minutes.

Check it, turn up the heat, and cook for 6 more minutes.

Now it is ready to flip and EAT!
