| Xander's family provided the ingredients for the Funky Food this week. Thank you, Xander! |
| To make our Funky Food, we started with melting butter in the skillet. |
| Add the brown sugar. |
| Next, the pineapple. |
| As we wait for the skillet to bubble, we begin to make the cake batter. |
| Add eggs and pineapple juice. |
| Next we stir for 30 seconds. We all counted really slow. |
| Pour the cake batter over the bubbling pineapple. |
| Set the timer for six minutes. |
| Check it, turn up the heat, and cook for 6 more minutes. |
| Now it is ready to flip and EAT! |
