We have been working with our colors. Our science experiment for this week was Color Explosion! The Spunky Monkeys renamed it Fireworks because it looked like the colorful sky on 4th of July.

| First we need whole milk in the dish. |

| Next we add food coloring but just a dot of each color. |
 |
| Next we use a clean Q-tip and put it in the milk close to the color. We found out nothing happens. So then, we added a drop of Dawn dish detergent and touched it to the milk. That's when the fireworks began! |

| Now it is our turn to try it out. Mrs. Robert's group making fireworks. |
